Water Damage from Pipe

SERVPRO of Sherman/Denison was contacted by the homeowner's that were out of town and had a friend watching the home. The friends were going by every other day to check on this home. We believe that the water must have been running for a day or so.  

This is a new build home and the pipe broke that came from the dishwasher. 

SERVPRO of Sherman/Denison Technicians extracted standing water pulled some based boards, drilled a few holes to expedite the drying and placed some drying equipment.  The wood floors were dried and did not need replacement.
