Water Damage to Commercial Property

SERVPRO of Sherman/Denison was contacted by a manager at this property due to a break in a water line on the third floor causing half of this commercial property to become saturated.

Water had run down three levels causing insulation to be saturated and needing to be removed. 

The structure can not be dried until wet insulation is removed because it holds in the moisture causing the structure not to dry properly. Once our technicians check the moisture levels they will remove the wet insulation and pull back the base boards to help expedite the drying process.

SERVPRO of Sherman/Denison crews arrived onsite and started the extraction process.
